Public hearing on feedlot zoning amendment to remove residential building restriction.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Preble Township Board of Supervisors to consider an amendment to the Animal Feedlot Zoning Regulations adopted September 30, 2019. The proposed amendment would eliminate the 2,640-foot setback from feedlots for the construction of new residences in the Town. The public hearing will be held 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the Preble Town Hall, 18132 State Hwy 43, Mabel, MN 55954. The public is invited to comment during the hearing or provide written comments prior to the hearing.
