The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider granting a zoning amendment to consider a variance for parcel 190143010 within the City of Lanesboro. The request is for a variance for ordinance 151.33 requiring a 3’ setback requirement for flush mounted rooftop solar PV systems.
The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 6:15 p.m. at 202 Parkway Avenue South, Lanesboro, Minnesota.
All persons wishing to comment on the matter should do so at that time or submit comments in writing to the City Clerk’s office before that date.
