St. John’s in Caledonia, Minn., is a PreK-8th grade institution founded by St. John’s Lutheran Church in 1949. The school provides instruction in all core subjects but also places a heavy emphasis on Bible instruction which begins already in our preschool program. We are a Lutheran School who serves the Caledonia area as well as the surrounding communities and all are welcome to attend.
Well rounded education and Christian values help students grow into strong leaders of tomorrow and we work to root all students in Christ as we encourage them to reach for their potential; preschool is no exception.
St. John’s preschool program is offered on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings for three year olds and five days a week for four year old students who may choose from half or full days.
We are purposeful and unapologetic about having Jesus at the center of everything we do. All students learn about salvation by faith through Bible lessons and all of our students are encouraged in Chapel to stay connected to Jesus. That connection is something we strive for in all areas of our curriculum; from the playground to the classrooms!
