The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 5:00pm to consider a rezoning request from Jeff Bennett.
Mr. Bennett, owner of the subject property, a vacant lot at 202 Park Street SE, is requesting to rezone the property from R-2 (One- and Two- Family Residential) to R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential). Mr. Bennett intends to construct a single-family home on the property and offer it for short-term vacation rentals.
The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
