The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 5:00pm to consider a rezoning request for Parcel 17.0223.000 & 17.0222.000.
Ms. Thompson, owner of subject property, located at 112 Fillmore ST E, is requesting to rezone the property from R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) to R- 2 (Single-Family Residential).
The public hearing will be held at City Hall.
