The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 5:00pm to consider a variance request from David and Arlene Doughty.
Mr. Doughty, owner of the subject property at 106 Main ST SE, is proposing an addition to the primary Structure on their property. City code requires side setbacks of 15’. Mr. Doughty is requesting setbacks of 0’ on the west side and 5’ on the east side.
The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
