The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 17, 2025, at 5:00pm to consider a variance request from Francis and Rebecca Lehto.
Mr. Lehto, owner of the subject property at 109 Main ST SE, is proposing an addition to an accessory building on the north side of their property. City code does not permit an accessory building to occupy more than 30% of the area of any side or rear yard. Mr. Lehto is requesting rear lot coverage of 36%.
The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
