The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 5:00pm to consider a rezoning request for Parcel 17.0575.000.
City of Preston, subject property deed holder, located at 304 Fillmore Street East, is requesting to rezone the property from I-1 (General Industrial) to
B-1 (Recreation/Business).
The public hearing will be held at City Hall.
