The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 19, 2024, at 5:00pm to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Bradley Johns & Somboon Kang.
Bradley Johns & Somboon Kang, owners of the subject property at 308 North Street Northwest, is proposing to use the single-family home for boarding and lodging. City code allows boarding and lodging houses as a conditional use in the R-2 District (One- and Two-Family Residential).
The public hearing will be held at Preston City Hall.
