The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 5:00 pm to consider a rezoning request for Parcels 17.0056.000, 17.0054.010 and the SE portion of Parcel 17.0056.010 and the NW portion of Parcel 17.0551.010.
Andy Bunge, developer of subject property, temporary address of 300 Park Lane SE, is requesting to rezone the property from R-2 (One- and Two- Family Residential) to R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential).
The public hearing will be held at City Hall.
