The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 1, 2020, at 5:00pm to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Julie Sogla on behalf of DS Investments.
DS Investments, owner of the subject property at 144 Main Street Southwest, is proposing to build indoor climate-controlled storage in a portion of the building. City code allows indoor climate-controlled storage as a conditional use in the B-3 General Business District.
