Public Hearing Notice
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Preston will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 5:00 pm to consider a preliminary plat application submitted by Robert Doherty.
Mr. Doherty, owner of the subject property located on the east side of Golfview Drive, is proposing to construct a subdivision named Golfview Doherty First Addition. The plan proposes to create 8 lots for single family homes along the eastern frontage of Golfview Drive.
The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall. A map of the preliminary plat is available at City Hall.
