Paul Marks obituary, Fillmore county Journal

Paul Marks, 58, of Houston, died Friday, November 3, 2023, at Gundersen Health System.

Paul was born November 27, 1964, to Raymond and Sharon (Amann) Marks.  He graduated from Houston High School and attended the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.  On December 7, 1991, he married the love of his life, Sandy Ladsten and welcomed her two children into his life.  Together they had one son, Brandon.

Paul was proud of his work at the Houston – Money Creek Co-op Creamery and Mathy Construction throughout the years.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon Marks; son Brandon Marks, step-daughter Alicia Seekamp (Kevin Koeller), step-son Travis Seekamp, sisters Linda Marks and Karen (Alan) Christensen; brother Alan Marks and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Marks and former wife Sandy Marks.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, November 9, 2023, at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, with Pastor Dana Jackson officiating.  Lunch will follow the service.  There will be no visitation prior to the service.  He will be laid to rest at Money Creek Cemetery.
