NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Amend a Conditional Use Permit Request
On Monday, July 20th, 2020, after 8:00 pm the Orion Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Orion Town Hall, 9006 County Road #7 SE, Chatfield, MN, 55923 regarding:
An application to amend Conditional Use Permit 16-01 that allows the operation of a hunting dog training facility and kennel with up to 50 dogs on a 15.12-acre parcel of land in an A-1; Agricultural Protection District. The owner/applicants wish to expand the number of dogs to include up to 150 dogs in a proposed new kennel building on the same parcel of property.
