The Fillmore County Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to the Fillmore County Sub-surface Sewage Treatment System Ordinance on September 1, 2020. This amendment pertains to Section 502(2)(g), Alternative Local Standards Requirements and removes the ability for a homeowner to install a gray water system if the system is pressurized.
