The Fillmore County Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance on September 14, 2021. This amendment pertains to Section 405, SSTS Practitioner Licensing. This includes removing the exemption listed in Minnesota Rules, Chapter 7083.0700, to allow homeowner installation of a SSTS without a valid license.
