Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Brian Aldrich of 1376 Skyline Drive, Winona, MN 55987 for the following variances:
- 122-foot Variance from Section 612.05(4) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance (150 foot setback for a structure from the OHWL of a Trout Stream) to convert an existing shed to a dwelling; and
- A variance to the setback from Section 612.05(4) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance (100-foot setback from the OHWL of a Trout Stream for a septic system); and
- A variance from Section 401(3) of the Fillmore County SSTS Ordinance.
His parcel is located in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ Section 28, Norway Township and is located in an Agricultural District.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Brian Aldrich will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on May 22, 2025 at 7:05 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard.
