NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Independent School District No. 239 (Rushford-Peterson Schools) shall perform a public accuracy test of the optical scan voting system to be used in the School District’s February 10, 2026 special election. The test shall be conducted at: Rushford-Peterson Schools, District Office, 1000 Pine Meadows Ln, Minnesota on February 3, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. Interested individuals are authorized to attend and observe.
