Under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the Third Judicial District and County of Olmsted. On the 31st day of January 2023, upon a judgment rendered and docketed in said Court and said County in an action therein, between Darren Smith, Plaintiff(s) and John Gerald Cole, Defendant(s) in favor of said Plaintiff(s) and against said Defendant(s), John Gerald Cole, for the sum of $6,150.00 Dollars as appears by the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of said District Court for said County, and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I have levied upon and will sell at public auction to the highest cash bidder, at the Fillmore County Courthouse in the main lobby, located at: 101 Fillmore St W, Preston MN 55965 on the 5th day of June, 2025, at 10:00 o’clock am all right, title and interest that the above named judgment debtor had in and to the real property, hereinafter described on the 3rd day of February, 2025, that being the date of rendition of said judgment or any interest therein which said judgment debtor(s) John Gerald Cole have since that day acquired, the description of the property being as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the North comer of Lot 5 of Block 20, of the Original Plat of the Village, Now City, of Chatfield, according to the recorded plat thereof, thence running South 45 deg. East along the line of Main Street 20 feet and 6 inches, thence at right angles South 45 deg. West 75 feet, thence at right angles North 45 deg, West 20 feet and 6 inches to Second Street, thence North 45 deg. east along the line of Second Street 75 feet to the place of beginning. And Also, Commencing at the West comer of Lot 5, of Block 20, of the Original Plat of the Village, now City, of Chatfield, according to the recorded plat thereof, thence running Northeast 54 feet, thence Southeast 20 1/2 feet, thence Southwest 54 feet, thence Northwest 20 1/2 feet to the place of beginning.
