Notice of Public Hearing To Consider a Variance Request Pursuant to Section 113-108 of The Chatfield City Code
Notice is hereby given that the Chatfield Planning & Zoning Commission will meet at 7:00 p.m., on Monday, June 1, 2020 to hear public comments on a proposed variance request.
The hearing is scheduled to be held in the City Council Chambers of the Thurber Community Building, at 21 Second Street SE. If an Emergency Order is in place that prohibits the gathering of large groups of people, the meeting will be held electronically.
A variance is being requested because the property owner wishes to place their home with attached garage closer to the front property line than is allowed by the Zoning Code.
The property in question is owned by Derrik & Chrissie Peterson and is located at 339 Hawley Street Southeast.
