NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Caledonia Township will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. in the Mainspring location at 404 E Main St. Caledonia, MN 55921 to consider an application submitted by Michael J. and Holly S. Felten requesting to vacate the north lot line utility easement at 12522 Katrina Drive, Caledonia. MN 55921 (Lot 4.

Block I, Green Acres Second Addition.(Parcel ID 03.0446.000). Katrina Drive, Caledonia. MN 55921 (Lot 3, Block 1, Green Acres Second Addition. (Parcel ID 03.0445.000). 1260 Katrina Drive, Caledonia, MN 55921. (Lot 2 Block 1, Green Acres Second Addition. (Parcel lD 03.0444.000). 12594 Katrina Drive, Caledonia MN 55921. (Lot 1 Block 1, Green Acres Second Addition. (Parcel ID 03.0443.000), and reduce the East easement to 10 feel from 20 feet at 12522 Katrina Drive, Caledonia, MN 55921 (Lot 4, Block 1,  Green Acres Second Addition.

(Parcel ID 03.0446.000).

The legal description for the parcel is as follows:

“Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 of Block 1, Green Acres Second Addition, Houston County, Minnesota.”
