For a Conditional Use Permit
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Chatfield will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 1st, 2021, during its regular meeting that will begin at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to take public comment regarding a Conditional Use Permit within the B-1 General Commercial Zoning District to allow for a residential use above a commercial establishment. The request is for the property located at 15 3rd Street SE.
