The Whalan City Council will hold a public hearing to discuss a petition to vacate a public right of way; a portion of 2nd Avenue, within the city of Whalan.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, November 9, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. at the Whalan Town Hall and via zoom:
