The City of Rushford Village Council will hold a public hearing at the City of Rushford Village Office located at 43038 State Hwy 30, on Tuesday September 3, 2024, at 6:45 p.m. before the 7:00 p.m. regular Council meeting. The hearing will be for the purpose of considering the application of two variances by Branden Johnson, to build a 45’x60’ shed on parcel R05.0195.020 at 30260 Village Rd in the South West corner of the lot which is in front of the house. Variances applied for pertain to Ordinance #5, Section 1509.06-No accessory Building or Structure in Front Yard and Section 1509.07-Accessory Buildings, Detached in any residential district shall not exceed twelve (12) feet inside wall height, shall not occupy more than thirty (30) percent of the area of any side or rear yard and shall not be placed less than 10 feet from any side or rear boundary line.
