NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A

VARIANCE PERMIT

FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS

MiENERGY COOPERATIVE

Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from MiEnergy Cooperative, represented by Chad Chaffee, of 31110 Cooperative Way, Rushford, MN 55971 for a Variance.  They are requesting a Variance from Section 733.07 of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance, from the setback to the centerline of the road and property lines, to construct a galvanized steel communications tower located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ Section 12, Beaver Township.  The land is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 5 miles southwest of the City of Ostrander.

Notice is further given that said petitioner MiEnergy Cooperative, represented by Chad Chaffee, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on May 21, 2020, at 7:05 p.m.  Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings, the public hearing will be conducted by WebEx.  Information will be available on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us on how to participate in the public hearing.  If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
