The property is located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 5 Preston Township. The property is located on the east side of the City of Preston.
Notice is further given that said petitioner, Peter Swartzentruber, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on June 20, 2024, at 7:07 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and on the County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
