Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Peter Swartzentruber, Swartzentruber Construction, LLC, of 708 US 52, Preston, MN 55965, for a Conditional Use Permit for a small engine repair and sales shop on his property located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 5, Preston Township. The property is located in a Commercial (B-1) District.
Notice is further given that said petitioner, Peter Swartzentruber, Swartzentruber Construction, LLC, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on December 17, 2024 at 7:02 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and on the County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
