Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Jonathan & Kathryn Schroeder of 28604 Idle Drive, Chatfield, MN 55923 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Pond on their property located in the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 18, Pilot Mound Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 4 miles southeast of the City of Chatfield.
Notice is further given that said petitioners, Jonathan & Kathryn Schroeder will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on September 24, 2020 at 7:02 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
