Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from John & Arlene Gingerich of 12632 Quilt Road, Spring Valley, MN 55975 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Cemetery on their property located in the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 9, Spring Valley Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately 3 miles north of the City of Spring Valley.
Notice is further given that said petitioners John & Arlene Gingerich, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on December 17, 2020, at 7:08 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
