NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
DERRICK & CHRISTINE HONGERHOLT
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Derrick & Christine Hongerholt of 405 Richard Drive, New Market, MN 55054 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Country Inn on their property, located in SW ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 10, Holt Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District approximately 1 mile east of the City of Whalan.
Notice is further given that said petitioners, Derrick & Christine Hongerholt, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on April 8, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. This meeting will be held in person, but for anyone who would like to participate by WebEx, information will be available on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us on how to participate in the public hearing. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
