FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Timothy Lawstuen of 30622 County 11, Chatfield, MN 55923 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Campground on his property located in SW ¼ of the SE ¼ Section 4, Fountain Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District approximately 1 mile west of the City of Fountain.
Notice is further given that said petitioner, Timothy Lawstuen, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on February 18, 2021 at 7:01 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
