NOTICE OF HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FILLMORE COUNTY ZONING REGULATIONS
KEVIN AND BRYAN LOGUE
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Planning Commission has been presented an application from Kevin and Bryan Logue of 23661 County Rd 8, Fountain, MN 55935 for a Conditional Use Permit for a Farm Winery on property owned by Kevin & Laura Logue, located in SW ¼ of the SE ¼ Section 5, Fountain Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District approximately 2 miles west of the City of Fountain.
Notice is further given that said petitioners, Kevin and Bryan Logue, will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Planning Commission on February 18, 2021 at 7:10 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website at www.co.fillmore.mn.us
Information will be available at that time as to when the Fillmore County Board of Commissioners will act upon this petition.
