The Fillmore County Board of Adjustment will conduct a tour on Monday, May 19, 2025. They will leave the highway shop at 9:00 a.m. and visit sites in Norway Township where Brian Aldrich has applied for a variance and Spring Valley Township where Mitchell Czapiewski has applied for a Variance. They will also visit a site in Harmony Township where Midwest Industrial Fuels, Inc. has applied for a Conditional Use Permit.
There will be a meeting on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at which time the Board of Adjustment will conduct public hearings on the variance applications and the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Conditional Use Permit request at 7:00 p.m. in Room 601L in the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN.
