The Fillmore County Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on the evening of December 17, 2024, starting at 7:00 p.m. There will be a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit application by Peter Swartzentruber of Swartzentruber Construction, LLC, for a small engine repair and sales shop in Preston Township. There will also be a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance in Section 602, Shoreland Classification, and Section 612, Shoreland District. The meeting will be held in Room 601L in the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN.
