Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from David & Kelli O’Byrne of 19143 Marble Road, Wykoff, MN 55990, for a Variance from Section 605.04(2)(b) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance to enclose a porch and construct a deck on their home, on their property located in the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ Section 3, Fillmore Township. They are requesting a 34-foot variance from both Marble Road and Morgan Road. The property is located in an RA (Residential Agricultural) District.
Notice is further given that said petitioners David & Kelli O’Byrne will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on October 16, 2025 at 1:02 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard.
