Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Ty & Dacia Bestor of 11700 County 15, Harmony, MN 55939, for a Variance from Section 605.04(2)(b) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance to replace an existing well house on their property located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ Section 34, Bristol Township. They are requesting an 18-foot variance from County 116, and a 23-foot variance from 255th Avenue. The property is located in an RA (Residential Agricultural) District.
Notice is further given that said petitioners Ty & Dacia Bestor will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on September 18, 2025, at 7:02 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard.
