Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Caleb Benson of P.O. Box 67, Mabel, MN 55954 for a 15-foot variance from Minnesota Rules 7080, Section 7080.2150 Subpart 2. F (which requires a 20’ setback from the drainfield absorption area to a structure) to replace the septic system and detached garage on his property located in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 27, Newburg Township and is located in an Agricultural District.
Notice is further given that said petitioner Caleb Benson will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on September 18, 2025 at 7:05 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard.
