Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Douglas & Joanne Johnson of 10231 – 280th Street, Racine, MN 55967, for a 13-foot Variance from Section 604.05(2)(b) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance to rebuild a shed lost to fire, on their property located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 6, Sumner Township. The property is located in an Agricultural District.
Notice is further given that said petitioners Douglas & Joanne Johnson will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on November 20, 2025 at 7:02 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website www.co.fillmore.mn.us
