NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Kirk & Krista Affeldt of 4118 Trumpeter Dr. SE, Rochester, MN 55904 for a 32 foot Variance from the setback to the centerline of the road to construct an addition to an existing shed on their property located in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ Section 27, Fillmore Township. They are requesting a Variance from Section 604.05(2)(a) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance to construct an addition to an existing shed 41 feet from the centerline of the road. The land is located in an Agricultural District and is approximately ¾ mile southeast of the City of Wykoff.
Notice is further given that said petitioners Kirk & Krista Affeldt will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on July 22, 2021 at 7:05 p.m. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website www.co.fillmore.mn.us
