Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Harmony, Minnesota, will meet at 7:00 p.m. on May 13, 2025, to hold a public hearing for purpose of considering, and possibly adopting, a communication tower ordinance and making such towers permissible in agricultural district by permit and permissible in industrial districts by conditional use permit in the City of Harmony and further defining any conditions that would be necessary for an applicant to meet to obtain a permit. All interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting or send written comments to the City of Harmony, PO Box 488, Harmony, MN 55939. Copies of the draft ordinance are available upon request to the City (507) 886-8122. The ordinance amendment shall take effect upon publication of the ordinance after adoption, if applicable.
