Notice of Change in Control of a Bank Holding Company
James T. Roberton, Ramsey, Minnesota, individually and with the Lorene M. Roberton Testamentary Trust, Ramsey, Minnesota, (James Roberton Trustee) as a group acting in concert, intend to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to join the Roberton Family Control Group, a group acting in concert, and retain 25 percent or more of the shares and thereby control of Rushford State Bancorp, Inc., located in Rushford, Minnesota. Rushford State Bancorp, Inc. controls the Rushford State Bank, located at 219 South Mill Street, Rushford, Minnesota, 55971. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Attention: Applications Officer, Division of Supervision, Regulation and Credit, P.O.
