They are requesting an 8 foot Variance from Section 604.05(2)(a) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance to construct a shed 65 feet from the centerline of the road on their property located in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ Section 34, Sumner Township. The land is located in an Agricultural District.
