Marlene Fay “Gramma” Bergan, 85, of Chatfield, Minn., died Friday, January 3, 2025, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus.
Marlene was born August 19, 1939, in Cloquet, Minn., to Al and Flossie Morgan. She graduated from Bloomington High School in 1957. On November 25, 1961, she married Lester Bergan in Edina, Minn.
Marlene is survived by her beloved husband, five children, 21 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, in addition to innumerable “adopted” grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, at Calvary Baptist Church in Chatfield, Minn. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, January 31, and again at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the church.
