Levina is survived by her children Vonda (Richard) Budde and Stanley (Cindy) Sveen; six grandchildren: Audra Bahr, Emily (Christopher) Osbourn, Stan (Nicole) Sveen, Gabriel Sveen (Chris Stauthammer), Hillary (Patrick) Geiger, and Alexandra (Aaron) Hastey; 15 great-grandchildren: Mackenzie (Chad) Hicks, Hailey and Dalton Bahr, Sydney and Noah Osbourn, Alyssa Sanford, Abigail Sveen, Samuel, Julia, Max Geiger, Freya, Tillman, Guthrie Hastey; Sven Stauthammer Sveen, and Brigtta Sveen Stauthammer; two brothers, Arlyn and Everett Johnson of Lanesboro; a sister, Darlene Hanson of La Crosse, Wis.; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and five sisters: Inez Hogie, Verna Pope, Minerva Reimann, Muriel Holland, and an infant sister.
