CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE ORDINANCE

CITY OF LANESBORO, FILLMORE COUNTY,MINNESOTA
The following is a summary of the above-mentioned Cable Television Franchise Ordinance, approved by the Lanesboro City Council, the full version of which is available for inspection by any persons during regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk at the Lanesboro City Hall, and at the Lanesboro Public Library. To summarize, this ordinance:
Grants a Non-exclusive Franchise to Ace Telephone Association D/B/A Acentek to operate and/or maintain a cable television system in the City of Lanesboro, Minnesota.
This Cable Television Franchise Agreement imposes reasonable guidelines on the design, service, and operation of the cable system. By adopting this Franchise, the City of Lanesboro intends to continue development of any Cable Systems and the continued operation thereof.
Additionally, this Cable Television Franchise Agreement is similar to the previous Cable Television Franchise granted to Ace Telephone Association D/B/A Acentek under previous agreement dated August 07, 2006.
