Kyle David Mindrum, 65, of Rushford, Minn., passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023. He was born on August 23, 1957, in Preston, Minn., to Caryl and Mary (Nelson) Mindrum.

Kyle graduated from High School in Morrison, Ill., in 1976, and then joined the Navy. After his Navy service, Kyle made his way back to Lanesboro, where he lived for a few years. He then moved to Rushford, where he met Judith Anderson. They were married in July of 1995. They spent their lives together in Rushford until Judy passed away in 2015.

Kyle was a talented musician and artist, enjoyed fishing and target shooting, and liked a good game of cards and visiting with friends and family.

Kyle is survived by his brothers Jeff (Kathy), Mitch and Chris Mindrum, two sisters, Jenifer Hungerholt and Martha (Richard) Gullickson; and three nephews: Adam, Ben, and Aric.

He is preceded in death by his wife Judy, parents, brother’s William  and Michael, and niece Adria.

Graveside service for Kyle will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Lanesboro Cemetery.
