Sahara Morken topped 4,000 career assists as M-C volleyball beat Houston 3-0. The senior had 35 helpers and six aces in the match. Spring Grove volleyball used a balanced team approach to notch three SEC sweeps on the week, topping Southland, Lanesboro and LeRoy-Ostrander. Chatfield topped Cannon Falls and Pine Island each via sweep in notable non-conference matchups. Hannah Tweten had 20 digs versus the Bombers, Harper Goldsmith 32 assists versus the Panthers. Grand Meadow won two SEC matches on the week, sweeping L/P and Houston. Hallie Hendrickson had 31 assists versus the Athletics, Lauren Queensland 20 digs versus the ‘Canes. The Larks (5-3, 8-9) trail Southland (6-2, 6-2) in the SEC-West. Lanesboro went 4-2 at the Waukon Tourney. The Burros (5-2, 12-6) surpassed 10 wins on the season. Emily Botcher had 16 kills and 16 digs as Houston beat L/P 3-0. Avery Augedahl had 32 assists as Caledonia beat PEM.
