The #2 Lions (4-0, 5-0), #10 Kingsland (3-0, 4-0), and #9 L-O (3-0, 4-0) top the South-East. Cayden Tollefsrud had 100 yards rushing and receiving, Tyler Larson 153 yards rushing and three TDs, as M-C posted its first win by beating Lanesboro 35-26. Mason Howard rushed for 108 yards and 3 TDs in defeat.

Logan Koepke had 20 kills, as Caledonia volleyball beat W-K 3-0. Emma Rommes had 47 assists, Koepke 22 kills, and Aubrie Klug 24 digs, as the Warriors topped R-P 3-1.

Jaelyn LaPlante (31 kills) and Harper Goldsmith (15 kills, 28 assists, 18 digs) did huge work while Cora Bicknese (24 digs) did big work as Chatfield downed Cotter 3-1. LaPlante’s 31 kills is a season-high for all “Journal-11” athletes while Goldsmith’s triple-double is rare. Torryn Schneider had 24 digs, as R-P came back from down 2-1 to beat L-A 3-2.

Kammry Broadwater had 19 kills and 17 digs, Alyssa Britton broke the school record for blocks, as #5 FC beat D-E 3-1. Now #3 in AA Caledonia (6-0, 16-1) and #4 in AA Chatfield (5-0, 12-2) top the TRC while #7 in A FC (5-1, 13-5) is in third place.

GM’s Hallie Hendrickson (32 in 3-0 win over L/P), L-O’s Jenna Olson (33 in 3-0 win over G-E), SGs Kendal VanMinsel (35 in a 3-0 win over Lanesboro), and M-C’s Sahara Morken (33 in a 3-0 win over Houston, 30 in a 3-0 win over L/P) all topped 30 assists in a match in leading their teams to wins.

The Superlarks (6-2, 9-7) leads the SEC-West over L-O (5-3, 10-7) while M-C (7-0, 24-1) lead the East over the Lions (6-1, 11-4).
