Sring Grove/Houston opened the gymnastics season by finishing third among five teams. The Warriors (117.800) placed behind Byron (136.650) and Pine Island/Zumbrota-Mazeppa (128.900) and ahead of Kasson-Mantorville/Triton (104.600) and La Crescent-Hokah (82.950). Eighth grader Vivian Kittleson was 12th among 44 in all-around and had the Warriors’ highest finish – fourth among 36 on the balance beam. Eighth grader Harper Myrah earned the team’s best score with an 8.400 on vault)
