Gretchen Lynn Logan, age 57, of Rochester, Minn., peacefully passed away on August 23, 2021. She is preceded by her parents Milo and Carolyn Haglof and survived by her daughter Madeline Puppe and Tim Condron, along with her sisters Rev. Betsy Dartt and Nancy Haglof, and nephew Ben Dolmar.
She lived a life of service to her family and friends caring for those around her. She started several businesses over the course of her career including a salon, retail shop, antique store, interior painting company, and dog sitting service. After fighting a multi-year battle with cancer she died in the world-class care of Methodist Hospital, a part of the Mayo Clinic.
The memorial service will be held on her birthday, September 13, at 2 p.m. Visitation will be available one hour before. The service will be held at Zumbro Lutheran, 624 3rd Ave SW, Rochester, Minn. 55902. It will be live streamed and details of the stream will be posted to www.caringbridge.org/visit/gretchen-logan. Memorials may be designated to ELCA World Hunger or to Rochester Paws and Claws Humane Society.
